Hotel a Saint Thomas

“We stayed overnight with our cat. The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent.”

“Clean and comfy room. No hotel breakfast but food options in hotel to purchase and lots of nearby coffee shops. Ample parking and safe area.”

“Our stay was okay. The breakfast was good. When traveling we like the Hilton Hotels. Here in Hagerstown Maryland the staff wasn't the best. Will continue to stay at the Hilton chain of Hotels.”

“Price and breakfast was ok. The room had an odor. Nothing that would make you sick, but just different, not a clean odor. Mattresses are old. A so-so hotel.”

“The rooms at the front of the property were near the highway. The street noise made it difficult to sleep or even relax. I was booked for 2 nights and when I asked to check out after one night, the manager quickly changed my room so it was quieter. He was concerned that I wouod not find alternative accomadations over the holiday weekend and at the last minute.”

“First I got put into a room that I have told them does not work and to please not put me in. The water pressure sucks and the fridge makes a horrible noise. Second I had to add another day cause I could not get home cause my bridge is flooded. They called twice in the morning to ask what I was doing staying again or leaving. THEN I got a later check out 11:30!!! Housekeeper knocked as she was opening the door at 11:13!! Didnt even give me a chance to answer the door. I have kids in room and let...

“The breakfast menu was awesome. Amanda is an amazing cook ! I stayed at the Amberson House for 3 nights and was very happy about my experience there. The house its self is a beatiful old home and funished beautifully wth antiques . Everone was very welcoming and friendly. ”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Tasty and fresh breakfast every morning. Definitely stay here again.”

“Anytime towels were needed we had to go down stairs and bring our dirty wet towels. Would not give us additional towels unless wet dirty ones were given back downstairs.”

“There were ants in our room, including the bed and I got bit by one. Breakfast is all prepackaged foods to be heated up in 1 microwave. Did not eat breakfast because after killing the ant that bit, I kept feeling like more were crawling on me. Staff just blew it off and was rather rude. Staff at check in was slightly friendlier than morning staff, but had an attitude when I asked to let my husband sign the paperwork because my dominant arm was in a sling and the counter was too high. “I was charged over twice the allowable rate for this room which was clearly price gouging due to a local sports event abd the staff refused to help me with Expedia that refused to refund my credit card. The rooms have no phone jacks. If you travel without plugs, you can’t charge your devices. This is a very dated hotel, and while clean, is not as advertised and I’m reporting them to the AG.”

“Idk how this place got over an 8 for rating. Blankets had cigarette burns, shower head looked like it was from the 50's and it was barely attached to the wall. The property in general just looked and felt dirty. Elevator was pretty sketchy as well. ”
